Senior Residential Support Worker

About the Role We are looking for dedicated care professionals to join our residential care team. We currently have the following vacancies: * Senior Residential Support Worker – Full Time * Waking Night Staff x2 – Full Time (working a 4 on / 4 off rota, 22:00 – 08:00) We are initially focusing on temp-to-perm arrangements, but permanent opportunities are available for candidates interested in a long-term position. Key Responsibilities * Provide high-quality care and support to residents in a residential setting * Lead and support a team of care staff (Senior RSW) * Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team * Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and dignity of all residents Person Specification * Previous experience in a residential care setting * NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred * Strong leadership and team-working skills (for Senior RSW role) * Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated * Ability to work night shifts (for Waking Night Staff) Benefits & Opportunities * Competitive pay rates * Supportive team environment * Opportunities for professional development and permanent positions
